Full house!!
Shinji was invited to EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Chapter 430 , located in Sequim Valley Airport, WA. Over 45 folks came over. That’s half their membership on a holiday weekend to see his presentation. What a honor. As you remember, these American aviation communities gave him a second chance to live his life. Shinji was overwhelmed again how American aviation enthusiasts supported him. A huge thanks to Erik Peterson.

エクスペリメンタル航空協会 ４３０支部の総会にプレゼンターとして招待されました。全米各地にEAAの支部があり、航空機愛好家達が自作の飛行機を作り、飛ばし、そして米国の航空教育をガチでやっている人たちです。このような航空環境があるからこそ前田のような異人をも受け入れてくれる。それが米国の航空の強さであり、プロ、アマが航空安全を守る姿勢でもあります。ボーイングのテストパイロットを引退した人や８０歳以上でも現役で飛行を続ける人たちなど、皆、少年少女のような眼差しで前田の講演を聞きました。
