At the Aero Zypangu annual general meeting,
every role carries both the responsibility to speak up and the authority to stop the operation. This is precisely what preserves the safety and integrity of our activities.
Therefore, the absence of even one person does not merely mean fewer hands—it means a loss of safety and quality in what we do.
This year’s meeting was truly enjoyable, with new mission ideas emerging and meaningful discussions throughout.

役職が「全員が言う責任・止める権限」を持つからこそこの活動の安全と健全性を維持しています。
よって1人欠けることは、人手が減るのではなく、私たちの活動の安全と質が失われるという意味です。
今年の総会は新しいミッションのアイデアが出たり、本当に楽しかったです。
