That’s what Mr. Konno has been saying—reaching out months in advance.
Every year, he shares overseas training experiences with the entire school under the title “I’m possible,”
turning real experiences into lessons students can truly relate to.
He is an educator who speaks to students not with theory, but with conviction.
In today’s Japan, passionate teachers are sometimes seen as too intense.
Still, Mr. Konno continues to believe in his students’ potential and speaks honestly about challenge and growth.
I am deeply grateful that such educators exist.
That’s why I will deliver nothing less than a genuine, uncompromising message to the students.
Because children can always tell when an adult is being real.
「前田さんのメッセージを、どうしても子どもたちに届けたい。だから日程を教えてください」
——そう言って、何か月も前から連絡をくれるのが、Konno先生です。
Konno先生は、ただの“引率教員”ではありません。
毎年の海外研修を、全校生徒が“自分ごと”として受け取れるように、
『I’m possible』というタイトルを掲げ、
現地で見た景色、感じた葛藤、挑戦の意味を、
教育者の視点で、学校関係者と学生に本気で伝え続けてくれています。
正直に言います。
今の日本では、本気で子どもと向き合う熱血教師は、時に煙たがられる存在です。
効率、前例、無難——
そんな言葉が先に立つ中で、
それでも「子どもたちの可能性を信じること」をやめない先生が、ここにいます。
だから私は、心から感謝しています。
そして、中途半端な話は絶対にしません。
覚悟をもって、
失敗も、葛藤も、逃げたくなった瞬間も、
すべて含めた**“本気のメッセージ”を、子どもたちに届けます。**
なぜなら——
子どもは、大人の本気を見抜くからです。
