ShinMaywa Industries was the best workplace for Maeda, where he first learned about aircraft manufacturing firsthand. In fact, he believe that the headhunting to his current position at Boeing would not have happened if he had been working at this company. His former boss, former colleagues, and junior colleagues all came to support him at this report out. It was a moment that made him feel truly happy.
