At Boeing Future of flight, the final presentation of 2025 was held.The audience: middle and high school students from Japan.Shinji is a flight instructor who is blind in one eye.
“This is not a weakness. It’s my condition.” He spoke quietly about careers, bullying, the future—and about never letting others decide your limits.
No flashy effects. No lectures. Only words from an adult who truly believes in young people.
Even the American staff in attendance were in tears.
“ You don’t have to be perfect. It’s okay to be afraid. Just keep choosing for yourself.”
Those words will live on in their hearts long after they return to Japan. The 2025 was just great year for all of our NPO!!

「これは弱点じゃない。条件だ」
進路、いじめ、将来への不安に、静かで本気の言葉を届けた。
アテンドしていたアメリカ人の大人たちも涙を流した。
「完璧じゃなくていい。 怖くてもいい。それでも、自分で選び続けてほしい」
日本へ戻った彼らの心の中で、きっと生き続ける。そう願ったプレゼンでした。
2025年、お疲れ様でした。
