Visiting Toyama University

Shinji participated as a guest in the talk event "SKY TALK - Challenges and the Future of the Aviation Field" hosted by Sugino Machine. It was a lively discussion between President and CEO Gaku Sugino and Professor Emeritus Matsushima Kisa of Toyama University. The sponsoring company, Sugino Machine, has a vision of being a "Glocal Niche Leader" (leading niche markets from the local to the global with its unique "ultra-technology"). Maeda listened with great interest to the detailed explanation. In fact, he visited their company because he realized that they have an amazing water jet technology for all industries.
